The Securities Regulation Fund
The Securities Regulation Fund is an independent public institution, created by the decree-law of 18 May 1945, whose liabilities are guaranteed by the Belgian State. The tasks entrusted to it relate to the secondary market in bonds of the Belgian public debt.
The Fund is administred by a Committee of six members. It publishes market information relating to the prices and volumes on the secondary market in linear bonds, split securities (strips) and Treasury certificates issued by the Belgian State.
