Which credit contracts are registered?
The ENR file records overdue debts with respect to credit contracts, accounts or cards which are not covered by the law of 10 August 2001 relating to the Central Individual Credit Register and which are concluded by natural persons, for example unauthorised current account overdrafts or overdue debts relating to credit contracts granted for business purposes.
