The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 29 May 2012 re-elected Mr Rudi Thomaes, Mesdames Sonja De Becker and Michèle Detaille as regents and Messrs Philippe Grulois, Jean François Hoffelt and Bernard Jurion as censors.

Messrs Marc Leemans and Jean-Louis Six were elected as regents and thus replace Mr Luc Cortebeeck and Mrs Martine Durez respectively.

The term of office of Mr Six, who will complete that of his predecessor, will expire at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting in 2013. All other terms of office will end at the close of the Ordinary General Meeting in 2015.

The Shareholders conferred the title of honorary regent to Mr Cortebeeck and Mrs Durez.
